$2.5 Million Blog Post
December 10th 2011 22:39
In my very own personal opinion, a judge has declared that a blogger has to pay some corporate types $2.5 million because the blogger said some unkind things about the corporate creatures in print.
Apparently, the woman blogger lost the case on two accounts. For one, as a blogger she did not get the shielding that journalists receive and for the second, she claimed certain assertions as facts.
That is why I started out this particular post with the phrase "in my very own personal opinion." Not even, some idiot, moron of an imbecilic judge, who may be a bribed communist traitor, could see this posting as anything more than a collection of opinions. Note that I cite no sources. I also give no times or locations for deeds real or imagined.
In fact, in my very own personal opinion, I am trying to follow in the foot steps of my virtual mentor, Al Gore, whom I have never met and don't personally know. Nevertheless, just like Gore, I am trying to assert no facts whatsoever in my presentation. At least, that is my opinion of everything that comes out of the mouth of Albert Gore.
The preceding speech was all in my very own, personal, constitutionally protected, so that not even bribed commie, moron judge could assert otherwise, opinion.
