Abortion Nearly Shuts Down the Federal Government in 2011

The reason why Senator Harry Reid, Senator Chucky and President Barack Hussein Obama originally said "No" to the republican budget is that it did not fund the abortion provider known as Planned Parenthood.

The shut down was averted when government funded abortions were put back in the legislation. This appears to be a loss for social conservatives.
