At the very top of the page in small print they admit that it’s one long advertisement. As advertising goes it was fairly amusing. It kept me entertained through most of the ad copy. The CLUNK sour note was when a supposed doctor recommended some snake oil of a colon cleanse product to use with the Acai berries. Unless the “doctor” is that same quack that cut off Michael Jackson’s nose and killed him with anesthesia, no doctor whose license didn’t come out of a cracker jack box is going to recommend some colon cleanse with that Acai powder. That and the fact that instead of immediately getting some mysterious powdered tested a couple dozen times before you feed it to rabid weasels and condemned murderers, not to mention your own virginal body is highly, highly suspect.
But other than that, it’s totally convincing. Totally.
