An Arbitrary, Capricious and Discriminatory Application of US Law

Obama, Reid, and Pelosi should all be impeached on the grounds that they have conspired across state and international boundaries in the arbitrary, capricious and discriminatory application of US law in a matter of immigration and employment. They have each of them both stated and implied that illegal aliens were free to pick and choose which US laws to break and which to abide by. These duly elected constitutional officers have in fact encouraged, aided and abetted criminal acts by individuals who were not legal citizens of the United States. At the same time, Obama, Reid and Pelosi have insisted on the prosecution of legal US citizens who similarly sought to pick and choose which laws of the United States to break and to keep. Aiding abetting the criminality of foreigners whilst punishing criminality of legal citizens has a name. It is called treason. Their reckless behavior constitutes a clear an present violation of their oaths of office. Furthermore it is asserted that no other reason can be contemplated for such actions on the part of constitutional officers but political or person gain. Therefore an official inquiry should be conducted to find out who bribed them, when and how.
