Cuckoos and Tea Bagging Clowns

As we contemplate the back end of January, we run smack dab into dancing Cuckoos and Tea Bagging Clowns.
Apparently Cuckoo dancing as something popularized by the comedians Laurel and Hardy. It looks something like the Conan O'brien and Jay Leno negotiations over NBC's Tonight Show:

I have not found any one outside of the notorious Wikipedia to vouch for the notion that January is Clown Month but I could not resist the idea of Tea Bagging Clowns.
