Cyber Diet

So the ground rules are, without lying, cheating or stealing, you must be able to eat at least one meal per day for free. I do not claim that the meal will be healthy or that it will be filling. Just that it will contain a recognizably edible component that many if not most people wouldn’t mind eating.
National Food Observances And Free Samples.
National Food observances are things like National Donut Day. Also Veterans can eat free on Veterans Day. And you can eat free at many places on your birthday. Google it and the free food can be yours.
On the other hand, any number of companies give out samples of their starchy and sugary treats for free. It may not be the healthiest way to go, but you can get your 2000 calories a day in.
Surely you have heard of extreme couponing. Well you can get some food which is free with a coupon. You get enough of the right kinds of coupons and match it up with the right foods and you pay little or nothing.
If all else fails, don't forget sales and the buy-one-get-one-free offers. You may need to resort to spending a little money to get your veggies.
Also there is always gleaning if your local farmer does not object to your picking up the scraps after the harvest. And you might check with local restaurants, grocery stores and fruit stands to see what they do with old, or bruised fruits and vegetables. To keep it cyber, find them on the internet and communicate with them via email.
So enjoy your virtual foraging for your digital diet.
Bon Appetit!
