Democrats Should have Balanced the Budget when they were in Charge

All politicians are liars. But some lie worse than others. When democrats say they want a balanced budget they are lying. We know this because when the democrats controlled the senate, the house and the presidency, they whipped out the credit card and spent trillions more than the nation took in. The reason we need a balanced budget amendment is that democrats are liars.
The reason why the republicans should not vote to increase the debt limit unless they get a cuts only bill is that democrats are liars. Democrats will promise cuts while increasing taxes and spending–just as they always have. Cuts first conservatives!
Now on the other hand, the republicans should have a tax loop hole closing bill all queued up with almost every republican in the house and senate as co-sponsors. They should get this done quickly and put it for a vote the moment Obama signs and the all cuts bill. Well, at least they should do it after raising the debt ceiling. Second things second. So first the all cuts bill. Then raising the debt ceiling. Then close all the tax loopholes. After that, conservatives should shove a balanced budget amendment down the democrat’s throat. Run on it during the 2012 elections if the democrats refuse to vote for it.
