Dick Cheney attacks New Zealand?

It seems some Maori tribesmen were convinced that one of their number was possessed by a demon, perhaps Rush Limbaugh? And to get rid of the Demon they consulted the Book of the Damed, also known has Dick Cheney’s hunting tips, and waterboarded a young woman to death:
