How Much Cocaine for $1?

For some reason scientists have been swabbing one dollar bills with various chemicals. You know, whatever was loose and not nailed down in the lab. And darned if they didn't find minute traces of drugs on that dollar bill you have in your pocket this very moment.
The first question that arises is: Who is going up to his friendly neighborhood dope fiend and asking how much coke he can get for a dollar?
I suppose the real answer is something like: the cocaine soaked $20 and higher denomination got in contact with the lowly $1 purely by accident. No wonder drug dealers are getting caught and sent to prison all the time. They lack orderly minds. A dollar bill should under no circumstance directly contact the twenties. Fives and tens should always intervene before the fatal tryst even has a chance to begin.
An odd, errant thought that might occur to you if your read the results of the study is this: How can a doped up nation like the United States Of America compete economically, intellectually, scientifically, or militarily with a nation that is not doped up like the People's Republic of China?
