Exercise won't make you Thin

I love it when accepted wisdom catches up to common sense. Those of you who have been following along the medical community and the generally accepted nostrums knew how this movie would end before it was half over. Weight is about the number of calories you eat. Not about the amount of exercise you do. Exercise if you must for the same reason I do, because I feel better and I would like to walk when I get old. If you are exercising to lose weight, you are wasting your time and for some of you, your money.

But then again, I was never eating very much, I just didn't walk around very much for a long time 'cause I had a public transit pass and could go anywhere I wanted any time that I wanted to.
