Flat Earthers say: Moon Landing was Faked

Given that your brain could be in a mason jar some place getting spurious electrical impulses and the occasional pickle juice, everything could be faked. Actually it’s worse than that, certain scientists point out the prevalence of simulation in scientific investigation. If you take the use of simulation to it’s logical conclusion then any individual human life is more likely to be a simulation than not. How would you prove that you are not in a simulation? How would you prove that your brain is not in a vat of goo getting artificially stimulated?
But most of the objections I have seen to the moon landings are not nearly so intelligent. Usually, the sort of flat earthers who believe we did not land on the moon, believe that they alone or that they amongst few are privy to secret information about the cover up of a staged moon landing. Or that only they are smart enough to figure out that the whole thing was faked.
Sorry Charlie but if belief in the moons landings were an intelligence test you would test positive for stupidity. Not because you believe they were faked but because your silly explanation about conspiracies and cover ups. If there are true coverups one of the things they depend on is the stupidity, gullibility and lack of imagination of those who believe in conspiracy theories.
Not a single conspiracy theory believing nut on the planet is smart enough to understand the truth, but I will waste the oxygen it takes to tell them anyway. The first conspiracy was to fabricate a conspiracy to fool all the conspiracy theorists. That first conspiracy was formulated to keep iconoclasts, naysayers, contrarians, and people who are just a little too curious busy looking everywhere but in the right direction. In other words, Einstein, all the clues you found, the people you met, and the books, articles you read and websites you came across were deliberately put in your path to mislead you from the truth. You poor thing, you’re not even bright enough to appear confused!

There are far too many nasty moral and ethical questions that arise if we take the brain in a pickle jar or the life is just simulation theories seriously.
Consider life a test which you must pass or course you must endure, or better yet a series of beautiful experiences punctuated by moments of wonder.
Trust me, boredom and hardship need no companions and they do not seek solace. Only the lovely demands to be looked and the beautiful demands to be heard. You can spend your life rejoicing in small victories and maintain a attitude of gratitude for as long as you have a choice in the matter or you can sit and become steeped in prejudices and bitterness. Damned unhappy and ready, willing and able to take all who venture near with you.
It’s all real because you want it to be. Besides, what choice do you have? I for one have tried to change that For Next loop from 100 years to say 10,000 years but nothing happens.
