Feathered Suns and Fire Flowers
December 21st 2009 12:42
Among certain American Indian tribes the feathered sun was a symbol of freedom and power.
Fire Flowers pop up now and again in mythology and man made magic.
Lucy made an elixir of fire flowers from the Valley of the Sun in the Chronicles of Narnia.
In Polish mythology fire flowers are thought to give powers like mind reading. Of course they can only be captured at midnight.
Some think of fireworks as the ultimate fire flowers.
