How many Goats for the Woman?

Greater love hath no man than one willing to lay down his goats for a woman--to paraphrase the Good Book. It appears that Bill and Hillary did better at raising Chelsea than they knew. A Kenyan man is willing to give up quite a few goats for her hand in marriage.

When it comes to the Clinton's I myself have always been a goat short of a petting zoo but still it is nice to know that educated American woman, the daughter of a President and a Senator, is worth 40 goats and 20 cows.
