Green Theft and Paying for Pollution

There is a story out that the airlines of China have refused to pay the carbon tax being levied by the European Union. If you look at the photo in the linked story on Yahoo, you will see an airplane landing on a smog choked runway in China.
This story shows in microcosm what a joke and a ripoff the green movement really is. There are only two nations that really need to get a handle on their pollution. They are China and India. If both or either refuses it does not matter what anyone else does.
Some communists in the West have figured out a few things:
1) How to steal money from your pocket boldly, while you are looking and have you say it's a good thing.
2) How to slow down or even destroy Western capitalism so that China can become the world's only super power.
