Happy Doomsday Leap Year 2012

It seems that you cannot leapfrog doomsday and that the end is near no matter what you do. Well at least if you are bachelor the end is near. Tradition has it that on the leap day of a leap year women may propose to men. And any man who refuses has to pay a steep penalty!
