How to Lose Weight Quickly and Easily Without Exercise

After you see your doctor to make sure it's okay:
The fast answer is drink nothing but water. Eat nothing but vegetables.


I know, most of you want something more complicated than that so let's trick this up.


If you need a between meal snack: drink water. If you need another between snack: eat a carrot. If you need yet another between meal snack: eat an apple. After that, do the water again. Rinse and repeat.

Naturally you may replace the carrot with celery or broccoli. And you may replace the apple with an orange or a banana.

You say your doctor recommends a little more variety in your diet. Okay then. Small portions of fish, poultry, grains and dairy may be acceptable if your system can handle them and if your doctor says they are okay.

Since there is no minimum daily requirement for refined sugar you should never eat it. Read the label on any food you buy. If the label has either sugar or fructose then, in my very own personal opinion, you should put the package down and slowly back away. Death may claim another but not you. Not this day!


Studies show that diet soda can just as bad for your diet if not worse than the sugared poison. Go cold turkey. Drink water only.

By the way, unless you are training for the next Olympics, you cannot possibly exercise enough to lose weight. The main purpose of exercise should be to maintain a good quality of life. Unless you are Jabba the Hutt, you need to move in this life. But it's just not a way that a normal person can lose weight.
