If you already have anti-virus software on your computer, and your system is not behaving too badly, disconnect the computer from the internet, run the scanning software and delete the malicious software it finds. If you don’t already have anti-malware software, buy some or download some from the internet. Then perform the scans and delete the viruses. If that doesn’t work you may need to take more drastic action. Also, if you loaded the antivirus software after you got the virus, you have increased the chances that the virus can hide form your antivirus software. Again, more drastic steps may be necessary.....
