If Obama destroys your car, can you sue him?

The Environmental Protection Agency is about to mandate a percentage of ethanol in gasoline that is higher than many engines and catalytic converters can tolerate. After the EPA mandate trashes your car can you sue the EPA? Can you sue Chairman Obama, the man who filled the EPA with fossil fuel hating Marxists? Marxists who are destroying our cars on purpose?
You might just as well ask if you can sue Chairman Obama for trashing the US dollar and taking the United States to the same place the failed states of Greece, Iceland and Zimbabwe are now or Portugal and Spain will be soon.
Or can you sue President Barry Soetoro for failing to control the border and letting murderous drug lords and job stealing illegal aliens through the border?
Giving that Chairman Obama was elected to reduce the United States to third world status, and he is doing that job very well, I doubt that such lawsuits would work. For those who charge Chairman Obama with treason all he has to say is that any rational person knew Obama favored the type of Euro-Socialism in Greece over capitalism and he was elected anyway. Clearly the American people must aspire to be just like the beggars in the streets of India.

Enough of the big dominoes have fallen. Enough of the big Global Warming/Climate change enthusiasts have admitted that either the data is fudged or that if it were true we here in the west could not nothing about it. Moreover, simple math tells you that the over 2 billion people in China and India who are breathing in burning coal dust every day are producing more carbon and pollution than we do now and they will produce even more in the future. If Global Warming or Climate Change were a problem, the solution is not in the west. It is in China and India.
In addition, our elected leaders are more about controlling our daily lives forking over the treasury to themselves, their families and their friends than to solving green energy problems. For $2 trillion the federal government could make the United States energy independent. We would use solar energy and nothing else. Given the trillions that Obama, Pelosi and Reid have given to wall cheaters and communist community organizers, you would think printing a couple of more trillion to create the new energy infrastructure would be no big deal. Why do they show no interest whatsoever in doing it?
All the available scientific evidence that there has been no global warming in 15 years and the political reality that the leftist in power lied about their true intentions–they are trying to implement socialism. They don’t give a rat’s ass about “saving the planet.” You would think that the rank and file Global Warmers would catch on. But they haven’t. They still come out of the wood work and say alarmingly foolish and unscientific things like: I don’t care what you say I am going to believe Al Gore!!! The same Al Gore who can’t be bothered to become a vegetarian even though vegetarians have a much smaller carbon foot print? The same Al Gore who has been caught fudging the facts in his movies? The same Al Gore who wastes more energy in a year flying around in jets and riding around in limousines than you will in a life time? The same Al Gore who stands to profit personally from Cap and Trade.
