If Your Outgo Exceeds Your Income, Your Upkeep Becomes Your Downfall

We are told here in America that the most racist thing you can do is to pay your bills. A racially tolerant person just borrows more money. Or if you are the government: Print more money.
At the risk of being a damnable racist, whenever I find that my bills exceed my salary, I cut back. Yes, I cut my budget.
If you want to know why it's racist, ask a democrat, They are ones that say the Tea Party is racist just for wanting to cut the budget.
