If you take a look at when the economic stimulus money is going to be spent it becomes clear that the lion’s share will be spent in 2010. Unemployment is going up to 10% now, in 2009, but congress and President Obama have decided to let the nation suffer in the short term so that they can spend most of the money in 2010.
Why?
Because there is an election in 2010. Congress and President Obama don’t care if you fail about. They don’t care if you are out of work. They only want to be sure that the stimulus money is applied just in time to buy your vote during the 2010 congressional elections. Will it work? Is your vote for sale?
