But not in the way you think.
Apparently there have been a serious of sexual assaults in a certain part of New York. The cops noticed that the assaulters seemed to go after anything in a skirt irrespective or age or race. And so some cop says: Don’t wear a skirt in a certain part of New York.
Now what ought to happen is the biggest, hairiest men on the police force should troll the bad side of town looking for some action whilst wearing sexy skirts. Give those guys who are raping anything in a skirt the shock their lives and put them into prison where they can live in fear of being assaulted….
