Obama Should be Personally Liable for Illegals

August 20th 2011 18:08
O

Obama should be held Personally, Financially and Legally Liable for Illegals

It is against the law to cause someone to enter into or to stay within the borders of the United States who has no visible means of support. So even by executive order, Obama cannot stop the deportation of illegal aliens unless he agrees to financially support them and to take legal responsibility for their actions. This means that Obama plans to give these foreign criminals jobs. Given that our unemployment level is around 9%, we don’t have any extra jobs to be giving to illegal aliens. If Obama claims that there is lawful employment, at legal wages, with working conditions that meet code that Americans refuse to do, the question would be: Have law abiding American citizens been given the chance to apply for these jobs? Does Obama have proof that the jobs he is about to give away to foreign criminals have been refused by everyone in the unemployment line? If not, then it is not right for Obama to give those jobs to illegal Aliens.

If Obama is not promising jobs to the illegal aliens he refuses to deport then surely he is promising them welfare. However, it is my understanding that it is explicitly against the law to bring criminal aliens into the United States for the purposes of putting them on welfare.

Given how clearly illegal Obama’s criminal alien policy is one has wonder why he insists on it? Is he buying votes, taking bribes or doing political favors?

His governance by fiat on this issue alone is grounds for impeachment. The GOP had better slap him down on this. He bypassed the Congress and is preempting the courts. That is a clear violation of the constitution.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, HE has to go, a nice man BUT.... and they used to question Bush's intelligence, he was one hell of a politician in comparison.

Choosing a President by the colour of his skin to reverse past injustices just has not worked.

The whole world is in a mess, all becoming poor in order to make us all equal. When China has its day, any day now, we are going to regret this great play at justice and the United Nations must go, too. Where has it got any of us?

China is not ruled by people who hate it's people, history, industry and energy infrastructure. China is also not ruled by people who give illegal immigrants more rights, money and privileges than their own citizens. It the Obama administration is not a deliberate attempt to make China the sole remaining super power and reduce the US to a point where me must look up to see Mexico then what the hell is it?

Maybe it's all about bribes. Surely Obama and the democrats are not committing wholesale treason for free?
