Pretty Panties was robbed by Carrollton Cop?

Pretty Panties got a ticket for a California Stop. Given that she drives more slowly and ever so much more carefully than I, it is ironic that since she got her license in 2008 I have received only warnings but she actually got a ticket. Since I wasn’t there who knows what happened. I am rather annoyed whenever I see cops taking the virtually helpless and law-abiding and turning them upside down to pick their pockets while somewhere some druggie, fresh from cracking an old lady over the head to steal her social security check is bribing cops and buying drugs. Okay I don’t know that he is actually bribing the cops. Only the drug dealers have enough money to do that.
