Another Reason to Eat Red Yeast Rice

There's a report out that border line cholesterol numbers will drive you crazy. Or could at least lead to Alzheimer's.

Look it's cool that we are discovering new ways to kill rats and other rodents every day but does anyone actually take all this dietary advice that keeps spewing out? What does your diet look like if you do? Green tea and red yeast rice for breakfast lunch and dinner?
