Microsoft Banned from Selling Word?

I am no lawyer, so I am not saying I understand every, tortured word of the Canadian judge's legal ruling. But it appears that Microsoft products capable of using XML (Extensible Markup Language) of a certain type in a certain way, have a working injunction against them. Since Word is such a product this could spell trouble
