Sugar is Killing You

The average teenager eats over 100 lbs per sugar per year. The average adult consumes over 75 lbs per sugar per year. Since you don't need that much sugar it shows up as fat and weighs down your heart. In fact, if you look at the obesity epidemic it appears to be a largely sugar driven phenomena. All that is necessary for sugar to triumph is that good men do nothing! There is no minimum daily requirement for refined sugar. If you give up soda, your heart will thank you for it.
