Not all the whores are in congress. Some of them walk the streets of Washington DC. Now how to tell if you are a prostitute in our nations capital. Yes we could check and see if you are an elected representative. Then we at least know to things. You will sign anything that is put in front of you without reading it and your vote is for sale. But these things, though treasonous and incompetent are not illegal. It's that exchange of bodily fluid thing that police want to nail you for.
