Warp Drive would Melt your Face Off

It turns out that all that stuff about static warp bubbles Wesley used to spout in the general direction of Captain Picard had a grain of truth to it. Unfortunately, even if you had all the energy in the world and then some it would require to make the warp bubble, the problem is when you arrive. Or when you run out of juice. It's like that old joke, it's not the fall that kills you, it's that sudden stop at the end.
First you fry, then you die, in a black hole.
