It's Confirmed: Waterboarding is Torture

May 31st 2009 22:47

A conservative radio talk show host was waterboarded for all of six seconds before he changed his mind about waterboarding.

This goes to show what many of us suspected all along, conservative radio talk show hosts are so cavalier about torture and other people's civil rights because they honestly think bad things will never happen to them. The same activity that conservatives condemn as a crime inspired by Satan if the bad guys do it is in their minds an edict sent by Angels if people of the "correct" race and "right" religion do it.

By way, I believe we convicted Nazis of war crimes for waterboarding people in World War II. No wonder Cheney likes it.

So the only way to show a right winger that indefinite detention without trial is a bad idea is to allow the lot of them to rot in jail---I guess.
